By accessing and using NiveshIQ ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

NiveshIQ is a free educational platform providing stock market education, educational analysis tools, and a moderated learning community. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, Stock Broker, or Portfolio Manager. We do not engage in securities trading or portfolio management of any kind.

7. Community Guidelines
Members of our WhatsApp community must: keep discussions educational and respectful; not share paid stock tips, signals, or unsolicited investment advice; not promote any financial product, scheme, course, or service; not share misleading, false, or unverified information; and be 18 years of age or older.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content on NiveshIQ — including text, graphics, layouts, and educational materials — is our intellectual property. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes with proper attribution. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires prior written permission from NiveshIQ.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our platform or community for any user who violates these terms, community guidelines, or engages in activity harmful to other members or the platform.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
